• Adult Self-Defense Workshop—you become a fighting machine with fine-tuned intuition and reflexes.

• Bully Proof Seminars—the words “fear” and “intimidation” will no longer be a part of your vocabulary.

• Kid Safe Workshop—your kids learn how to handle any potentially dangerous situation, including kidnapping. When avoidance isn’t the answer, these techniques are.

• Karate Kids Program—for kids four and over with techniques and teaching methods especially targeted for their specific age.

• Karate for Concentration Workshop—this shows how the martial arts discipline extends into everyday activities and even school work.

You learn to defend against weapons deployment, to apply hard core submission (breaking) techniques, to perfect tendon and muscle-tearing methods and to develop punching power. These same skills result in tap-outs in MMA competitions.

ALL classes have a common denominator. Each session begins with stretching and conditioning; then aerobic and anaerobic elements are introduced; and this is followed by real world self-defense tactics and strategies.

Classes are determined by age and experience and nobody is ever pushed beyond what they are capable of doing.
